Forbes Road School District is requesting sealed bids for purchase and removal of a used greenhouse located at 159 Red Bird Drive, Waterfall PA 16689. Sealed bids need to be submitted by 1 p.m., July 6, 2022.

The greenhouse is approximately 18’Lx12’Wx 12’H. Sold as is.

Greenhouse and contents need to be removed in its entirety.

Notice is given that the board of directors of the Central Fulton School District, Fulton County, Pa., at its meeting Tuesday, May 10, 2022, approved the tentative budget for the 2022-2023 fiscal year, and final action will be taken by said board at the meeting to be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 7:30 p.m.

The tentative budget is open for inspection by persons interested and may be seen at the office of the superintendent, located at 151 East Cherry Street Mc- Connellsburg, Pa., between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

NOTICE

Forbes Road School Board, at its regular meeting held June 6, 2022, adopted a final budget in the amount of $8,792,287 for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023. The budget has been posted on the district’s website (www.frsd.info). A copy of the budget can be obtained by contacting Board Secretary Tammy Fraker at tfraker@ frsd.info.

NOTICE

On June 6, 2022, at a regular meeting, the Forbes Road School Board passed a resolution to divide aggregate property tax allocation using gambling funds of $219,645.53 to those taxpayers that qualify for homestead/ farmstead. The real estate reduction amounts to approximately $243.07 per parcel.

NOTICE

The budget for the 2022- 2023 school term was adopted at a regular meeting of the Forbes Road School Board held on June 6, 2022, with the following taxes levied: property tax at 35.042 mills, wage and profits tax at 1 percent, per capita tax under ACT 511 at $5, occupation tax at $10, real estate transfer tax at 1 percent, per capita tax under ACT 679 at $5 (at no tax increase).
