The Fulton Fall Folk Festival was a great success for the Historical Society museum. Volunteers gave tours to more visitors than usual, perhaps due to the displays of Indian artifacts, Calla Hill pictures and the Henry wedding dress. In addition, sales of soup, scones and baked goods netted a comfortable profit. At noon Sunday, the drawing for the Calla Hill study of the “Billy Barn” was held. The picture was donated by Kathleen O’Connell for the benefit of the Historical Society jail fund. Sue Barnett, pictured above, was the delighted winner, and she then revealed that she was Calla’s niece.
