The beginning of fall’s glorious golden colors can be seen in this view from Sideling Hill overlooking Taylor and Licking Creek townships. Fall foliage color in Pennsylvania’s southern region east of Bedford County is just about at its peak color, which, according to the Pennsylvania Weekly Fall Foliage Report from the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, is expected Oct. 20 through Oct. 31 -- perfect timing for the 39th annual Fulton Fall Folk Festival.
