Pictured left are Conner Avella, Ezra Swope, Reagan Stolipher, Braiden Stepanik, Clayton Avella, Garrett Bunch, Dylan Palmer and Amorelle Koontz from the Fulton County Community Christian School who recently visited and entertained residents of the Berkeley Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Participating, but not pictured, were Tyler Barkman, Addie Koontz, Logan Blanchard, Jesse Hull, Chandler Oakman, Jordan Lininger and teachers Mrs. Billee Jo Myers, Mrs. Karen Tomlinson, Jay Gordon and Carolyn Hollenshead, music teacher. Students in pre-K, kndergarten, third and fourth grades traveled to the Berkeley Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation center to visit and entertain the residents with their musical rhythm skills using rhythm sticks and egg shakers. Two students, Dylan Palmer and Amorelle Koontz, entertained with their storytelling abilities, and the residents joined in singing “Amazing Grace” accompanied by Clayton Avella on the piano. Students and teachers also mingled with the residents to play board games, and work jigsaw puzzles. Pre-K and kindergarten classes made fall leaf pictures that they gave the residents.
