McConnellsburg High School will present the musical “42nd Street” April 7, 8 and 9 at 7:30 p.m., in the auditorium. “42nd Street” is based on the classic 1933 Broadway movie musical. It tells the story of a starry-eyed young actress Peggy Sawyer who has come to audition for the new Julia Marsh musical that is about to open on Broadway. Show tunes include “Lullabye of Broadway,” “You’re Getting To Be A Habit With Me,” “We’re In The Money,” and “42nd Street.’ Cost is adults $5 and students $4.
