The Fulton County Community Cavaliers 4-H group from Hustontown made their first drop of aluminum cans at Dibert's Metal Saturday morning. The recycling effort, which tipped the scales at almost 100 pounds, is in connection with recognizing May as being Mental Health Awareness Month. The local 4-H group has raised $47 to date through recycling cans that will be donated to a local mental health organization. Anyone wishing to make an aluminum can contribution toward the group’s effort is asked to drop off their recyclables at Dibert’s north of McConnellsburg and mention the mental health project. The members are hoping to reach their goal of $100. Pictured are club members Logan Kennedy, Zach Fittry, Ryan Fittry, Alyssa Fittry, and Casey McQuait.
