Fulton County Library held its very first teen night on Saturday, March 27. It was a major success, with a dozen teens showing up. Everything went well and everyone had a great time. The teens played on the library’s brand new Wii system, enjoying popular games such as Wii Sports, Super Mario Bros. and Guitar Hero. They created all sorts of masks, using anything from multicolored ribbons to peace signs to spice up their masks and make them truly individual. Afterwards, the teens sat down and enjoyed pizza, soda, and delicious homemade cookies! There were laughs all around, and the camera was clicking away. When 7:00 p.m. rolled around, after seemingly no time at all, no one was happy to leave. Because the first teen night was such a success, the Fulton County Library will be hosting another teen night on April 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Hopes are that even more teens will show up and experience firsthand just how fun teen night is.
