Kendall To Run For Commissioner

Kendall Kendall Rebecca D. Kendall has announced that she will seek the Republican nomination for Fulton County commissioner on the Republican ticket in May 2019.

Kendall is currently serving as the chairman of the Fulton County auditors with 18 years of experience in the auditor’s office. During those years of auditing, she has been responsible for reviewing the county’s fiscal accountability and has ensured that policy and procedures were followed. She has attended the PA State Association of County Auditors convention and other seminars. While in this position she has built a positive relationship with the other local officials and county employees.

Kendall holds the position of Ayr Township auditor with more than 20 years of experience and is the assistant secretary for the Fulton County Association of Township Officials.

A native of Fulton County, Kendall is a graduate of Mc- Connellsburg High School. She is the vice chair of the Fulton County Republican Committee. She attends Pleasant Ridge Church of the Nazarene where she serves as the women’s ministry director and is on the worship team. She has been married for 29 years to Richard T. Kendall, business owner of Floor Masters LLC and Cross Road Game Calls. They have two adult children, ages 27 and 22.

Kendall states, “I believe with my numerous years of experience and knowledge of county government, I am qualified to serve in this position. My commitment to the county would consist of serving as a full-time commissioner, being fiscally responsible, and being a voice for all the residents of Fulton County. It would be an honor to have the opportunity to serve the people of Fulton County as their county commissioner.”
