November Fire, EMS Calls

The McConnellsburg Volunteer Fire Co. 56 responded to 38 fire calls and 97 Emergency Medical Service (EMS) calls during November, an average of 4.5 calls a day.

Fire units responded to one structure fire, eight medical assists, one auto accident, two rescue-standbys, six landing zones, seven public services, five assist other services, two good intention calls, five cancelled en route, and one auto alarm.

EMS units responded to three agency assists, one public assist, one unit assist, one cancelled for no patient contract, one cancelled prior to arrival of scene, one patient dead on scene, one patient evaluated, four patients treated and released, one patient treated and transferred, two standbys, 12 transported with lights/siren, and 69 transported no lights/siren.

The Hustontown Volunteer Fire Co. 57 responded to 18 fire calls and 19 EMS calls during November, an average of 1.3 calls a day.

Fire units responded to four medical assists, four structure fire assists, three false alarms, two public service calls, and four auto accidents.

EMS units responded to nine basic life support calls and 11 advanced life support calls.

No call data from Needmore Volunteer Fire Co. was received.
