Kevin James Vinton, 27, Needmore, died Friday, August 10, 2018, at his residence.

He was born Friday, August 31, 1990, in Honolulu, Hawaii, son of William Vinton of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Joan Martz-Frame of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

He was a 2009 graduate of W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, Va.

He was employed by JLG Industries since 2017. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, riding his four-wheeler and playing computer games with his friends. He was a very kind, caring and loving young man who never met a stranger. He was always willing to lend a helping to a person in need.

He married Mariah Vinton on July 8, 2017, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Surviviving are his wife, Mariah Vinton, Needmore; his father, William Vinton, Honolulu, Hawaii; his mother, Joan (wife of Johnnie) Martz-Frame, Berkeley Springs; his grandmother, June Vinton, Mililani, Hawaii; one brother, Stephen Davis, Morgan Hill, Calif.; three sisters: Shelly Frame-Amendola, Jacksonville, N.C.; Tiffany Frame-Neace, Stafford, Va.; and Savannah Frame-Avery, Virginia Beach, Va., and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Vinton, Homer and Nellie Martz and Jerry Mellott Sr.

An evening of visitation will be held Thursday, August 16, at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home in Mc- Connellsburg, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m., and one hour prior to the funeral service. A funeral service will be held Friday, August 17, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home with interment immediately following at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Warfordsburg.
