POLICE REPORTS

Criminal Mischief

Acts of criminal mischief took place along Breezy Point Road, E. Dutch Corner Road, Cherry Lane, and Dogwood Lane on June 17 at 12:09 a.m. According to state police, several mailboxes at the above locations were found damaged.

Car Crash

A crash occurred on Great Cove Road south of Lakewood Lane on June 27 at 11:54 a.m. According to state police, a 17 year-old female from Needmore was traveling south on Route 522 when she began to negotiate a right-hand curve. She then lost control of her 2004 Saturn Ion, which traveled up an embankment and began to roll from right to left. The vehicle continued to roll onto its right passenger side, then onto its roof, then onto all four wheels where it came to a rest. The driver was evaluated by Needmore EMS before being released to her father.

DUI

A DUI occurred at 6700 Cito Rd. on May 18 at 2:03 p.m. According to state police, Tyrman White III, 24, McConnellsburg, was found to be under the influence after a traffic stop was conducted. He was then taken to Chambersburg Hospital for a blood draw.

Harassment

Harassment occurred at the 500 block of Windy Hill Lane on June 25 around. 2 p.m. According to state police, Florence Kegg, 43, Warfordsburg, received a text message that was a physical threat from Treyanne Tomlinson, 21, Crystal Springs.

Retail Theft/Drug Possession

A retail theft occurred at the McConnellsburg Sheetz on June 21 at 8 p.m. According to state police, Micheal Eldon Deneen, 61, Hustontown, stole a cup of coffee from Sheetz. It was also determined that Deneen was in possession of marijuana.

DUI

A DUI stop occurred at 21200 Great Cove Rd. on June 23 at 11:13 a.m. According to state police, Devin Hayes Jansen, 34, Mc- Connellsburg, was found to be under the influence during a traffic stop and was taken to Chambersburg Hospital for a blood draw.

Aggravated Assault By Vehicle

An aggravated assault occurred at the intersection of Great Cove Road and Sinoquipe Road on June 13 at 7:30 a.m. According to state police, A 38-year-old male from Mill Creek was involved in a two-vehicle crash with two men from Philadelphia, Malik Hill and Don Simpson, who fled the scene of the crash. The driver from Philadelphia did not have a license at the time of the wreck, among other violations.

Theft

A theft occurred at 13141 Pleasant Ridge Rd on June 25 at 4:28 p.m. According to state police, two unknown actors were observed removing items from an abandoned property located at the above location. The actor then fled the scene in a silver Chevy Silverado. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact the PSP Mc- Connellsburg at 717-485- 3131.

Theft

A theft occurred at 7026 Cito Rd in apartment 3 on May 19. According to state police, unknown actors used a debit card belonging to a 60-year old male from Mc- Connellsburg to make fraudulent charges. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact the PSP McConnellsburg at 717-485-3131.

Burglary

A burglary occurred at 1173 Rock Hill Rd between the dates of June 21 and 30. According to state police, it was reported that someone entered a shed at the above address and stole a battery from a riding lawn mower. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to contact the PSP McConnellsburg at 717-485- 3131.

Sobriety Checkpoint Results

Sobriety checkpoints on June 23 and 24 in Fulton County by the PSP resulted in the following: vehicles stopped: 36, DUI arrests: 1, traffic citations: 7, warnings: 57, other arrests: 0. The PSP will conduct additional sobriety checkpoints in the future and remind the public to not drive if you have been drinking or have used drugs.
