The Fulton House Museum in McConnellsburg has opened its doors for summer weekends Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

This summer the museum is showcasing works of art from local artists and products designed and made by Overly-Raker’s and once sold at the company’s showroom of gifts, including Realies, decorative terrarium-like pieces that are made from real dried mushrooms, set in a base of reindeer moss and highlighted with natural weeds found in the woods.

Admission to the museum is free and includes a tour by a guide if requested. This does not extend to the full Fulton House, but only the museum portion.
