William M. Krueger

Waynesboro, 89

William “Bill” Mark Krueger, 89, Waynesboro, died Sunday, May 27, 2018, at his residence in Waynesboro.

He was born in Toledo, Ohio, son of the late Mary L. and William F. Krueger.

He was a member of the Elks #378 in Hagerstown; a certified past master of the Northern Light Lodge of Maumee, Ohio; and a member of Scottish Right Northern Masonic Jurisdiction in Toledo, Ohio.

He served in the United States Navy from July 1948 to June 1952 during the Korean

War. He worked for Toledo Edison after his service then went to work for Chrysler Corp. for 25 years and retired from there in 1994.

He is survived by his loving wife, Adel Krueger; a son, David Kruger, and his wife, Nancy, Hagerstown; a daughter, Linda Browne, and husband Ronald, Sebring, Fla.; three stepsons: Brian, Kent and Jay and stepdaughter, Tracy; one sister, Doris, Florida; a brother, Carl of Georgia; nieces, nephews, grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers: Paul and Bob.

Services were private and at the convenience of the family.
