Simple Assault

A simple assault occurred at 8940 Thompson Rd. on May 10 at 7:30 a.m. According to state police, a 57-yearold female and 17-year-old female, both of Needmore, were involved in an argument. The juvenile then struck the other female with a coffee mug. Charges were filed for simple assault.

Criminal Mischief

A criminal mischief occurred at Buck Valley Park May 15, between noon and 11 p.m. According to state police, unknown actors broke and destroyed an airplane ride that was for kids. Anyone having any information, should contact state police at 717-485-3131.

Attempted Suicide

According to state police, a 38-year-old male of Mc- Connellsburg intentionally digested a bottle of rubbing alcohol on May 11 at 3:42 p.m. PSP McConnellsburg investigated the incident, and McConnellsburg EMS assisted at the scene.

Simple Assault

A simple assault occurred on May 10 at 9:15 p.m. at North 6th Street in McConnellsburg. According to state police, Jesse Lyn Nutter, 35, McConnellsburg was charged with simple assault involving a 36-year-old female from McConnellsburg.

Domestic Harassment

A domestic harassment occurred at 5408 Pleasant Grove Rd on May 18 between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 12:10 p.m.. According to state police, A white female, 17, Enterprise, and a white male, 19, Warfordsburg got into a physical altercation near the above mentioned location. Summary harassments charge was filed through 39-4-03.

Retail Theft

A retail theft occurred at the McConnellsburg Dollar General on May 8 at 4:34 p.m.. According to state police, Erica Lund, 33, Big Cove Tannery, was accused of attempting to intentionally deprive the Dollar General of all or part of the full retail value of displayed merchandise by transferring merchandise from displayed packages into other displayed packages.

Criminal Trespass

A criminal trespass occurred at the 5400 block of Pleasant Grove Road on May 18 at 6:31 p.m.. According to state police, a 17-year old female from New Enterprise was found trespassing on the listed location belonging to a 40-year old female of Warfordsburg.

DUI

A DUI occurred at the 200 block of Lincoln Way West on May 5 at 5:15 p.m.. According to state police, Issac Seville, 26, Big Cove Tannery, was pulled over for a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation it was found the operator was under the influence. As a result, Seville was arrested for a DUI.

DUI & Act 64

A man was found to be under the influence and in possession of drugs on Big Cove Tannery Road on March 30 at 9:03 p.m.. According to state police, Jason Mellott, 39, Mc- Connellsburg, was pulled over for a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation it was found the operator was under the influence and in possession of cocaine. As a result, the operator was arrested for a DUI and drug possession.

Identity Theft

An identity theft occurred at 826 Meadow Ground Rd. between April 7-13. According to state police, the identity of a 25-yearold female from Mc- Connellsburg was used to open accounts with Sprint and AT&T.

Harassment

A harassment occurred at Central Fulton Middle School on April 17 at 4:47 p.m. According to state police, a 12-year- old white male from McConnellsburg was harassing a 12-year-old black female and a 13-yearold black female, both from McConnellsburg.
