A theft occurred on the 3000 Block of Pleasant Ridge Road on May 9. According to state police, an unknown suspect stole two pearl necklaces and a gold and diamond bracelet from the victim’s residence. Identity Theft

An identity theft occurred on Cherry Lane April 25. According to state police, a 45- year- old male from Harrisonville reported that an unknown individual has stolen his identity. Anyone with information about this incident should contact police at 717-485-3131.


A man from Three Springs was involved in an auto accident at the turn into Rutter’s in Mercersburg on May 9 at 6:36 p.m. According to state police, Tee Atherton, 33, Mercersburg, was attempting to make a left turn to enter the Rutter’s gas station when he entered the path of a 1997 Toyota Corolla operated by Michael Fraker, 43, Three Springs. Atherton made initial impact with Fraker’s Corolla at the 1 o’clock position. Both units were towed by Pensigner’s Service Station.


A theft occurred at 99 Path Valley Road, Franklin County, on April 13 at 6:10 p.m. According to state police, Gladys Sullivan, 65, Warfordsburg, was at the Milky Way Restaurant when an unknown person stole $400 from her wallet, a number of credit cards, and a check made out to her for $300. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Chambersburg at 717-264-5161.


Harassment occurred at Cloverleaf Court on May 6 at 11 p.m. According to state police, Bobbie Jo Amsley, 42, McConnellsburg, was cited for an alleged assault between a mother and a daughter.

Single Car Crash

A crash occurred on Lincoln Highway roughly 75 feet West of Aughwick Road on May 14 at 6:43 a.m. According to state police, Marlee McCadden, 32, Chalfont, was traveling on Lincoln Way West when she failed to steer her 2008 Ford Focus right to negotiate a right curve in the roadway. McCadden traveled across the double yellow centerline, the eastbound travel lane, and the eastbound fog line, striking the guiderail. No injuries were reported.
