Area Easter Services

Buck Valley Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church will hold worship services Easter Sunday, April 1, at 7 p.m., with Rev. Allen Weatherholt.

The Burnt Cabins Bible Church will be holding a sunrise service Easter Sunday at 6:30. The service will be followed by breakfast at 7:30 and then our regular services, Sunday School at 9:00 and Morning Worship at 10:00. Calvary Independent Baptist Church, 140 McGoverns Lane, McConnellsburg, will hold Easter sunrise services Sunday, April 1, at 7 a.m. More information at 717-485- 4745.

Needmore Bible Church will hold Good Friday services March 30, at 7 p.m. Come watch the “Cross Builder.” Easter sunrise services will be held April 1, at 7 a.m., followed by a fellowship breakfast. Sunday School/Life Groups will be held at 9 a.m. and worship services at 10 a.m. which will feature a cantata.

Good Friday Easter services will be held at Fairview United Methodist Church on North Hess Road, Harrisonville, Friday, March 30, at 7 p.m. Pastor DeAnn Newhouse will be giving the message. All are invited for the service.

Knobsville Church of the Brethren will hold Easter sunrise services April 1, at 7:30 a.m., followed by breakfast. Sunday School will be at 9:30 a.m.; resurrection celebration at 10:30 a.m. All are invited. More information at 717-987-3935.

Warfordsburg Presbyterian Church Holy Week schedule is as follows: March 29 – Maundy Thursday services with worshp at 7 p.m. (some outside); Easter Sunday sunrise services will be held at 7:15 a.m. with breakfast served by the men of the churchy at 8 a.m. and worship services at 9 a.m.

Knobsville United Methodist Church will hold Palm Sunday services at 8:30 a.m. March 25. Easter sunrise services will be held April 1, at 6:30 a.m., at Center United Methodist Church for all the Sideling Hill Parish. All are welcome to attend.
