Southern Fulton boys basketball team opened up the new year with a convincing 73-47 victory against the visiting Southern Huntingdon Rockets. Southern Fulton improves to 5-2 (4-1 SHL, 4-0 ICC) on the season. The Indians were led by Justin Morris with a career high 24 points, 7 assists, and 4 rebounds. Mitchell Potter chipped in with 18 points, and Gabe Stotler contributed 11 points.

Forbes Road (3-4) traveled to Mount Union and dropped a non-league contest to the Lady Trojans 43- 28. Maddy Miller led the Cardinals with 7 points. Quincy McMath added 6. Kyra Hand led Mount Union with 12, and Laiken Turner had 10.

The Lady Indians (3-3, 3- 2 SHL, 2-2 ICC) hosted the Lady Rockets of Southern Huntingdon and came away with a league victory 49-38.

The Lady Spartans (1-7, 0-4 SHL, 0-4 ICC) fell 42-26 in a league matchup with Tussey Mountain. Kellyn Perry led the team with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Kylie Brown scored 7 points, had 2 blocks and 3 rebounds and Katelyn Truax scored 5 points, with 15 rebounds and 3 blocks.
