MES Character Counts Students Recognized

McConnellsburg Elementary is continuing its character education program this year. It is believed that character counts so every month a different character trait is promoted. In December the character trait of honesty and how an honest person always does their best to tell the truth was worked on. An honest person is one who does not steal or cheat and keeps their promises.

The following students lwere chosen by their teacher in demonstrating the qualities of honesty. They received a certificate and a small prize:

Leah Anderson, Jaylee Kipp, Aliyah Ritter, Lainey Price, Daniel Shives, Zeth Johnson, Reese Alexander, Selena Vance, Jaelyn Mc- Fadden, John Wright, Cambree Fletcher, Willow Whittington, Esty Alexander, Brookelynn Gelvin, Elijah Fuller, Emmy-Lou Green, Wyatt Mellott, Damiyen Piper, Leah Millin, Asmara Keefer, Mikaela Wilson, Glorianna Carbaugh, Marin DeShong, Ana Grissinger, Delaney Woolford, Dominic Jefferson and Kiersten Bitner.
