Court Sessions Held

The following cases were heard in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday, January 2, with Judge Angela R. Krom presiding.

 Jessie Michelle Mc- Quade appeared for ARD. Se was sentenced to probation for a period of 12 months on a single charge of tattooing a minor.

 Becky Jo Rosenberry appeared with attorney Eric John Weisbrod for ARD. She was sentenced to 12 months probation, $75 in fines to the county and state and a 60 day suspension of driver’s license on DUI charges.

 Gary Lee Shives appeared with attorney Tyrone Johnson and pleaded guilty to DUI: controlled substance and disregard for traffic lane charges. He will be sentenced at the January 16 term of court.

 Richard Dale Stevey appeared with attorney Philip Harper and pleaded guilty to marijuana, small amount and use and possession drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to probation for 30 days and fined $100. The possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

 Nicole Helen Kotmair failed to appear in court on DUI and endangering the welfare of children. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

Cases heard at the Tuesday, December 19, Fulton County Court of Common Pleas with Judge Carol L. Van Horn presiding:

 Matthew Douglas Hill appeared with attorney David Scott Keller for sentencing on numerous DUI: controlled substance charges. He was sentenced to 12 to 60 months in state correctional institution and made ineligible for the Recidivism Rick Reduction Incentive.

 Skylar Michael Bakner appeared with attorney Phillip Harper and pleaded guilty to speeding. He was given ARD and placed on probation.

 Paul Roger Booth appeared with attorney Tracy Janelle Ross and was granted ARD and placed on probation for a period of 12 months on DUI charges.

 Bobbie Ann Brown appeared with attorney Philip Harper and pleaded guilty to DUI and endangering the welfare of children. She is to be sentenced at the January 30 term of court.

 William Allen Johnson Jr. appeared with attorney Christopher Lee Reibsome and pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude and officer. He was sentenced to the Bedford County Jail for a period of five days.

 Joshua Louis Mc- Closkey appeared with attorney John Keller and pleaded guilty to DUI charges. He was sentenced to the weekender program at the Bedford County Jail beginning December 22, 2017.

 William Robert Robinson appeared with attorney Jens Wagner and pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana. He was given 30 days probation.

 Alec Hale Wiggin appeared with attorney Philip Harper and pleaded guilty to DUI general impairment. He was sentenced to six months probation and no license suspension.

 William Earnest Cole appeared with attorney Philip Harper and admitted to violations of ARD. A written court order was issued.
