It was a huge weekend for Lance Dewease and the Don Kreitz Jr.-owned team as they sweep the All-Star Circuit of Champions Tuscarora 50 weekend at Port Royal Speedway.

With his Night before the 50 win Friday and his Saturday night Tusky win, Dewease took home $56,350, the largest payoff in his racing career.

Friday night, Dewease outran Brian Brown to post the win with Brown, TJ Stutts, Greg Hodnett, Kerry Madsen, Danny Dietrich, Mike Wagner, Dale Blaney, Danny Holtgraver and Ryan Smith the top-10 finishers. There were 65 cars in action Friday.

Saturday night, with 66 cars in action, Dewease dominated the entire 50-lap event after taking the lead early and checking out from the field to post the win over Ryan Smith, Brock Zearfoss, 22nd-starter Lucas Wolfe and Kerry Madsen, with Danny Dietrich, Brian Brown, Joey Saldana, Ryan Taylor and Greg Hodnett the top-10 finishers. Mike Wagner finished 22nd.

Brock Zearfoss won the 2017 Port Royal Speedway 410 track championship, erasing a 95-point lead heading into the weekend.

Jeff Rine won Friday night’s Butch Renninger Memorial for Late Models, his fifth win of the year at the Port over Coleby Frye, Jason Covert, Chad Hollenback and Andy Haus.

Gene Knaub took home $5,000 in his Topless 50 358 Late Model win Saturday at Susquehanna Speedway as he defeated Brian Shuey, Bobby Beard, Derike Quade and Randy Christine Jr.

Chris Meleason was the Super Sportsman winner at Susquehanna Saturday night over Tony Jackson, Chase Gutshall, Kenny Edkin and Garrett Williamson.

Tyler Ross took the 358 Sprint car win Friday at Trail-Way Speedway over 2017 track champ Steve Owings, Dwight Leppo, Mike Bittinger and Isaac Sneeringer.

Garrett Bard scored the win in the Trail-Way 600 Micro Sprint car feature taking the win over Jim Young and Zane Rudisill.
