Court Session Held December 10
Judge Shawn Meyers of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session on Tuesday, December 10, at the Fulton County Courthouse.
Mitchel Lansing Fletcher appeared for sentencing on one count of selling or furnishing alcohol to minors. Fletcher was ordered to complete 12 months probation and 30 hours of community service. He will pay $1,000 to Fulton County, $264 restitution to Paul Ray and a $25-permonth supervision fee.
Michael Bret Golden was sentenced to 18 months probation, 30 hours of community service, anger management treatment and participation in the Day Reporting Center for one count of simple assault. He will pay $300 to the Fulton County Law Library and $525.50 restitution to the Department of Public Welfare.
Rodney Victor Wolfe was ordered to 18 months probation for receiving stolen property. Wolfe was also ordered to pay $250 to the Fulton County Law Library, a $25-per-month supervision fee and restitution in the amount of $16,062.50 to Nationwide Insurance; $1,250 to Smith’s Implements; $4,613.98 to Sentry Insurance; and $1,000 to Wells and Wells Construction. It is likely a restitution hearing will be scheduled in the near future.
Juan Argueta appeared for formal arraignment on receiving stolen property, driving under the influence of alcohol and seven summary offenses. Argueta pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sentenced to two days to six months in the Franklin County jail. Credit was granted for time served.
Alexandra Ann Dunbar waived arraignment proceedings on two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of the use or possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary offenses. Dunbar was entered into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program and will accordingly complete a probationary sentence.
Ryan Matthew Little waived arraignment proceedings on one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of driving under the influence as a minor and four summary offenses. Little pleaded guilty to drunk driving.
Justin Wayne Reed waived his right to formal arraignment on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and seven summary offenses. Reed pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to time in the Franklin County Jail’s weekender program beginning December 14.
Antoni Shawn Airhart failed to appear for a hearing on a petition to terminate participation in the ARD program. A bench warrant was issued for Airhart’s arrest.
David Joseph Sloan II was granted a six-month extension for participation in the ARD program.
Steven Paul Foor was granted a State Intermediate Punishment Program revocation hearing and was resentenced to 16 to 60 months in a state correctional institution for a case dating back to 2012. Credit was granted for time previously served.
