McConnellsburg Junior/ Senior Chorus held its annual Christmas concert Thursday night. Good job, students and director.

The ringing of the bells for the Christmas season needy began Monday in the Save-A-Lot entrance. The proceeds will be given to the Salvation Army.

The annual Tree of Love ceremony is Sunday, December 8, in the hospital lobby.

Marie Ray is visiting with her mother who resides in Florida.

It was very kind of the churches and organizations that prepared and delivered meals on Thanksgiving Day to shut-ins and senior citizens in the area.

A 75th surprise birthday party was held Saturday at Premier Events in Shippensburg for Lee Teeters that was given by his wife, the former Jane Carbaugh Teeters, of McConnellsburg, and family.

Fulton County Scottish Rite Club sponsored a bus trip to Hersheypark to view the sweet lights on Saturday.
