In Memory

LYNN

In loving memory of Victoria Rose Lynn, March 27, 1993 – November 9, 2010: Dear Tori,

Tell me, what does it look like in heaven? Is it peaceful? Is it free, like they say?

Does the sun shine bright forever? Have your fears and your pain gone away?

Here on Earth, it feels like everything good is missing, since you left.

And here on Earth everything is different, there’s an emptiness ...

Oh, but I hope you are dancing in the sky! I hope you are singing in the angel’s choir!

And I hope the angels know what they have! I bet it’s so nice up in heaven since you arrived!

So, tell me what do you do all day up heaven? Are your days filled with love, light and life?

Is there music, art and invention? Tell me, are you happy? Are you more alive?

Here on Earth, our hearts were broken, the day you left. Life is so different.

Three years gone and there’s still an emptiness.

But I know you are surrounded by family and friends.

And I hope you know that you are so loved and very missed.

And I hope the Lord wipes all the years of sorrow way.

So we can rejoice in heaven, when we are together again one day!!

Ride on, my princess cowgirl, spread your angel wings! Be happy on your angelversary!!

I love you, Tori! Always remembered!

Forever loved,

Mom and Dad, Nan and

Pap, Cherokee, Scooby,

Spencer, Jinxy

JOHNSTON

In memory of Richard “Dick” Johnston, who passed away November 12, 2000:

God looked around His garden

And He found an empty place

And then He looked down upon Earth

And saw your tired face.

He put His arms around you

And lifted you to rest

God’s garden must be beautiful

He always takes the best.

He knew that you were sufering

He knew you were in pain

He knew that you would never get well

On Earth again.

He saw the road was getting rough

And the hills were hard to climb,

So He closed your weary eyelids

And whispered “peace be thine.”

It broke our hearts to lose you

But you didn’t go alone

For part of us went with you

The day God called you home.

Loved and missed

By wife and family
