Court Session Held October 15

Judge Angela R. Krom of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held Tuesday, October 15, at the Fulton County Courthouse.

 Kasey Baker appeared for formal arraignment proceedings last Tuesday and entered a not-guilty plea to one count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. Baker will next appear in court on January 14, 2014, for call of the criminal trial list.

 Roger Lee Black waived arraignment proceedings held on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and two summary offenses. Black pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, a Tier 2 second offense. He will be sentenced November 12.

 Brian Allen Cutchall waived his right to arraignment on charges of criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Cutchall pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking and will be sentenced November 12.

 Linda Leigh DeShong waived her arraignment proceedings and entered a notguilty plea to two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and five summary offenses. She will reappear in court on January 14 for call of the criminal trial list.

 Kelly David Foster waived arraignment proceedings held on one count each of the possession of a small amount of marijuana and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Foster was admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program and will complete 12 months probation.

 Erin Renee McCusker waived her right to formal arraignment on charges of four counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and four summary offenses. McCusker pleaded not guilty and will reappear in court for call of the criminal trial list on January 14.

 Charles James Rhodes failed to appear in court for arraignment on three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and two summary offenses. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

 Roosevelt Washington waived arraignment and entered a guilty plea to driving under the influence of alcohol. Washington will be sentenced November 26.
