Cour t Session Held
Judge Carol L. Van Horn of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/ Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held Tuesday, October 1, at the Fulton County Courthouse.
Eduardo Jimenez Estrada appeared for formal arraignment last Tuesday on two counts each of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person and two summary traffic offenses. Estrada pleaded not guilty and will reappear in court for the January 2014 trial term.
James Robert Glessner Jr. was scheduled to appear voluntarily on a bench warrant. The bench warrant remains in effect as Glessner again failed to appear for arraignment on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and four summary offenses.
Mary Wade Lamb waived her right to formal arraignment proceedings and entered a not-guilty plea to two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and two summary offenses. She will next appear in court for the January trial term.
Nathen Skidmore waived mandatory arraignment and pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated assault; two counts of resisting arrest; and one count each of disarming a police officer, escape and terroristic threats. Skidmore will appear in court for the January trial term.
John William Decyk II appeared in court for a probation/ parole-violation hearing. Decyk admitted to the violations and will be resentenced on October 8.
