Farm Fair Features Animals Dressed In Clothes
CENTRE HALL, Pa. (AP) – About two dozen people put human clothes on their favorite chickens, rabbits, goats and cows at a central Pennsylvania Grange Fair.
The Centre Daily Times reports that the event took place Saturday night.
Ten-year-old Justin Darlington, of Centre Hall, dressed his goat Buttercup, in a Penns Valley cheerleading uniform while both he and his brother, 12-year-old Jesse, sported Penns Valley football jerseys.
Buck Gates, of Warriors Mark, entered his cow, Honey, in the contest for the second year. This time the cow was dressed with a tarp that said “Eat Mor Chikin,’’ in a nod to popular commercials.
