Sorority Hears WIN President
Craig Hoffman, president of the board for Women In Need (WIN), met with Beta Sigma Phi members to discuss the services provided and its ongoing $3.2 million capital project. Currently WIN is half way to its goal for funding required to build a new state-of-the-art facility that will house 24 victims compared to the current 16-bed shelter. Preceptor Gamma Pi Chapter is again making WIN a main community service project for the upcoming year with special efforts to help raise awareness of WIN’s services to Fulton County residents. WIN works to provide safety and options to victims of domestic and sexual violence, including counseling, a 24-hour hotline as well legal advocacy and a shelter for victims.
