Court Session Held July 16
Judge Douglas W. Herman of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held on Tuesday, July 16, at the Fulton County Courthouse.
Joshua Ryan Chaney was sentenced to 36 to 72 months in a state correctional institution in connection with a break-in. Credit was granted for time previously served. A fine of $100 was imposed, and Chaney was forbidden to own, possess or transfer a firearm.
Ashley Marie Ronnenberg was granted a continuance until August 20 at which time she will be sentenced for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Wykil Laquan Sherrod was ordered to 36 months probation for firearms not to be carried without a license and will pay a $500 fine. Sherrod will not be permitted to own, possess or transfer a firearm. The firearm in this case was forfeited to the commonwealth.
Tena Marlene Booth waived her right to formal arraignment on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and four summary offenses. Booth was admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program and will accordingly complete 12 months probation.
Heather Nicole Downey waived arraignment and entered a not-guilty plea to theft by unlawful taking, theft of services and tampering with records or identification. Downey will next appear in court for the October 8 call of the criminal trial list.
Dennis Allen Seville waived arraignment proceedings last Tuesday and pleaded guilty to theft of property lost by mistake. He was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $100.
Mark Stevens Seville waived his right to arraignment on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment, criminal mischief and simple assault. Seville pleaded guilty to terroristic threats and simple assault. He will be sentenced on July 30.
