Judge Walker Presides Over Court Session

Senior Judge John R. Walker of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/ Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held Tuesday, July 2, at the Fulton County Courthouse.

 James Neal Spears II appeared in court last Tuesday for entry of a guilty plea to one count of burglary. Spears was sentenced to 36 months probation.

 Stephen Andrew Oblinsky entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of a controlled substance. He will be sentenced July 2.

 James Keith Bradley appeared in court for a hearing on a petition to terminate participation in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. Bradley will continue in the ARD program as well as four months on the SCRAM program.

 Regina Ann Bennett failed to appear for a probation/ parole-violation hearing. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

 Amanda Jo Souders appeared for a probation/parole violation hearing. Attorney Phil Harper was appointed to serve as Souders’ legal counsel in the matter.
