Judge Walker Presides Over Court Session
Senior Judge John R. Walker of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/ Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held Tuesday, July 2, at the Fulton County Courthouse.
James Neal Spears II appeared in court last Tuesday for entry of a guilty plea to one count of burglary. Spears was sentenced to 36 months probation.
Stephen Andrew Oblinsky entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of a controlled substance. He will be sentenced July 2.
James Keith Bradley appeared in court for a hearing on a petition to terminate participation in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. Bradley will continue in the ARD program as well as four months on the SCRAM program.
Regina Ann Bennett failed to appear for a probation/ parole-violation hearing. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
Amanda Jo Souders appeared for a probation/parole violation hearing. Attorney Phil Harper was appointed to serve as Souders’ legal counsel in the matter.
