Nancy M. Snyder Greensburg, Pa., 74
She was born August 30, 1938, in Harrisonville, a daughter of the late Charles and Pauline Hockensmith.
She graduated from Greenhill High School in 1956. She married Richard “Dick” Snyder June 28, 1958.
She was employed by Bell Telephone, Eimco Mining Corp., and most recently retired as the secretary for Union Mission of Latrobe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dick, July 14, 2003; son-in-law, Pete Cirelli; and three brothers-inlaw: Jim Wittle, Don Sparkenbaugh and Harry Snyder.
She is survived by three loving children: Terri Snyder Kolovich and husband Richard; Tracy Wheeler and husband Bud; and Richard Snyder and wife Hope; two grandchildren: Larkin and Evan Kolovich; four sisters: Janice Wittle, Janet Hann, Helen Sparkenbaugh and Polly (Chaunce) McGarvey; many nieces and nephews; a faithful church family; and many wonderful neighbors and friends.
She will continue to be a blessing to us through her spirit. Her legacy lives on.
Arrangements were by Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home. A memorial service as held at noon Wednesday, June 26, at Charter Oak United Methodist Church.
