Shirley Kerlin McConnellsburg, 70

Shirley Kerlin, 70, Mc- Connellsburg, died Monday, June 10, 2013, at Fulton County Medical Center.

She was born November 7, 1942, in Kistler, Pa., the daughter of the late Vivian and Goldie Mae (Naugle) Miller. She was married to Donald Kerlin on July 23, 1971.

Along with her husband, she owned and operated K’s Place restaurant in Mc- Connellsburg. She enjoyed camping with her family, going to bingo and playing cards with her sisters and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Kerlin of McConnellsburg; four children: Larry J. “Butch” Dillman, Fort Littleton; Tina M. Hall, Gettysburg; Carl R. “Ramie” Dillman, Needmore; and Donald E. Kerlin, McConnellsburg; 14 grandchildren: Steve Dillman, Phoenix, Ariz.; Mindy Dillman, McConnellsburg; Cord Dillman, Fort Littleton; Dustin and Betsy Hall, Gettysburg; Alisha Mc- Michael, Washington, D.C.; Sydney, Savannah and Jesse Kerlin, McConnellsburg; Kyrie “Kady” Kerlin, Lubbock, Texas; Nicole and Andre Kerlin, Chambersburg; Emily and Jack Kerlin, Three Springs; five greatgrandchildren: Teddy and Jane Dillman, Skye and Aden Hall and Marley Kerlin; and numerous nieces and nephews; four brothers: Pierce A. Miller, Mc- Connellsburg; Richard A. Miller, Lewistown; Steven C. Miller, Three Springs, and Randall L. Miller, Fort Littleton; and four sisters: Nancy E. Peck, Fort Littleton; Barbara Pollock, Gettysburg; Cathy J. Shope, of Indiana, Pa.; and Carol A. Taylor, Fort Littleton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vivian R. and Goldie M. Miller; one son, Douglas Kerlin; one sister, Gertrude Jane Lester; and two brothers: Robert E. and William R. Miller.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013, at 11 a.m., at Kelso- Cornelius Funeral Home, McConnellsburg, with visitation one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, McConnellsburg, will be handling the arrangements.
