Judge Herman Holds Court Session
Judge Douglas W. Herman of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held at the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday, May 21.
Erica Ann Lund appeared in court last Tuesday for sentencing on one count of retail theft. Lund was ordered to 60 days to 12 months in the Franklin County Jail and will be paroled on the approval of a home plan. She will also complete the Day Reporting Center program as well as a shoplifting program.
Colby Gene Boden was admitted into Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. He will accordingly complete 12 months probation and 30 hours of community service.
Tyler Kevin Calhoun waived his right to mandatory arraignment on charges of driving under a controlled substance and four summary offenses. Calhoun pleaded not guilty and will reappear in court on July 9 for call of the criminal trial list.
Bradley Gordon waived mandatory arraignment proceedings on four counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment and two counts of criminal mischief. Gordon pleaded not guilty and is next scheduled to appear in court for call of the criminal trial list on July 9.
Tasha Mae Knepper was admitted into the ARD program on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. She will complete 12 months probation and 30 hours of community service.
Richard Spencer Wilson III was admitted into the ARD program on three counts involving driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances. Wilson will complete 12 months probation and 30 hours of community service.
