Clement A. Cisney Dry Run, 84

Clement A. “Clem” Cisney, 84, Dry Run, and formerly of Chambersburg, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg.

Born on August 28, 1928, in Blairs Mills, he was the son of the late James N. and Hazel G. Parson Cisney. He spent his working years at Letterkenny Army Depot as a truck driver.

He is survived by two children: Donna L. Pechart, wife of Steven, of Dalmatia, Pa., and Melvin G. Cisney, of Ephrata, Pa.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a number of greatgreat grandchildren; three sisters: Mae Rohrer, of Shirleysburg, Pa.; Anna Robinson, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Alma Blakeslee, wife of Paul, of Erie; and one brother, James Carl Cisney, and wife Sarah Jane, of Strasburg, Pa.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Pearl E. Mackey Cisney, in April 1979 and his second wife, Dorothy Allen Cisney, in October 2000. He was also preceded in death by two sons, C. Ray and Ronald E. Cisney; two brothers, Cecil C. and Elder Jay Cisney; and a sister, Naomi G.
