Sorority Celebrates Founder’s Day

On April 30, three chapters of Beta Sigma Phi, Iota Lambda, Xi Eta Lambda and Preceptor Gamma Pi celebrated the 82nd anniversary of its founding, “Founder’s Day,” at the Town Hill B&B. After a delightful dinner there were award presentations. Iota Lambda’s Alice Layton was presented a “Golden Circle Certificate” and pin by Iris Hendershot for being active in the sorority for 50 years. Not pictured is Sharon Mellott who received the “Girl of the Year” award from Iota Lambda's Chapter. This past year’s theme was “You’re Among Friends!” On April 30, three chapters of Beta Sigma Phi, Iota Lambda, Xi Eta Lambda and Preceptor Gamma Pi celebrated the 82nd anniversary of its founding, “Founder’s Day,” at the Town Hill B&B.
