Meadow Grounds Continues To Draw Down

Water levels have dropped an estimated 10 to 15 feet since the drawdown of Meadow Grounds Lake began more than a month ago. Fishermen have been using the lake heavily, some with better results than others, since regulations have been temporarily lifted. The salvage of fish had been slated to begin this week, with Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission officials planning on using electrofishing and trap nets techniques.
