Court Session Held March 12
Judge Shawn D. Meyers of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held at the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday, March 12.
Tina Marie Fama was sentenced to 24 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program on one count of perjury. The sentence will begin with work release in the Franklin County Prison and will be followed by 12 months probation for fraudulently obtaining food stamps or assistance.
Albert Leroy Hess was granted a continuance for sentencing on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Ryan Matthew Little was sentenced to 24 months probation for simple assault.
Tabetha Lynn Mellott was ordered to complete between 48 hours and six months in the Franklin County Prison for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Keith Percell Thomas will complete 72 hours of work release through the Franklin County Prison in connection with driving under the influence. A $300 fine, $40 to the Catastrophic Fund and $10 to EMS were also ordered for a summary offense.
Daniel Stevenson Pluta waived his right to formal arraignment and entered a guilty plea to forgery and theft. He will be sentenced April 30.
Chad Ryan Souders was granted a continuance for terminating participation in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Jennifer Ann Rhodes was sentenced via video conferencing last Tuesday on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. She will complete 24 months of state intermediate punishment.
