Cards Of Thanks

We would like to thank everyone who helped on the day our husband and father, Lee Mellott, passed on.

The McConnellsburg ambulance crew, PSP, Fulton County Medical Center staff, Randy Wible, Adam, Lori and Linda Carr, John and Marge Mellott and Renie Gordon – thank you all for being there and helping us through all this.

A special thank-you to Darrin and Jason from Sipes Funeral Home. You both went above and beyond for us. Words cannot tell you how much we appreciated everything you did. This world is a better place because you two are here. You make sure everything is done the best that it can be. Your help, kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. Thank you.

A special thank-you to Rev. Bill Swope for the visits, phone calls and especially the wonderful memorial service you had. Everyone told us how much they enjoyed your service. You truly did do a wonderful job. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We would also like to thank the Sideling Hill Ladies Aide for the wonderful meal they prepared and anyone else who helped with it.

A thank-you to all who visited, sent food, flowers, cards, phoned or just said a prayer. We truly have been blessed with a good family and friends. We never know how many friends we have until something like this happens. No words can express how grateful we are for your love, generosity and kindness that you have all showed us.

A thank-you to Gary Decker for the stove and to Ronnie Swope for bringing them up. If we missed anyone please forgive us.

May God watch over you and bless you. Thank you all so very much. God bless.

Marie and Jason Mellott

How does one say thank you for all the love, prayers and support over the last few weeks for myself and my family. Losing a husband and father, son and uncle has been very difficult for us. And I know it’s been a true loss to you as well in the community. He has been a dear friend to so many of you.

Robin was as real in his faith walk to all of you as he was to us as his family. His faith was true to the very end. We have such fond memories and those will bring us comfort. God is walking us through this moment by moment, day by day. And we know God’s love will continue to surround all of you also.

May God’s Holy Spirit bring you comfort. Remember the light that Robin showed to us all, and may each day allow us an opportunity to pass that light on to those we meet around us.

Love and prayers to all of you,

Robin’s wife, Linda

And children:

Jeremy and Amy,

Elisha and Ryan
