A retirement party was held Monday at JLG for Sandra “Sis” Deshong who will retire after 25 years of employment on Friday.

Greg Garland underwent heart surgery this week in Harrisburg.

Ed Peffer is home recuperating with cracked ribs from a fall last week that sent him to Fulton County Medical Center for a few days.

Grace Howell will celebrate her 93rd birthday on March 12. She would enjoy cards. Her address is 5959 Pleasant Ridge Road, Harrisonville.

Please keep Jason Mellott and his family in your prayers. Jason is currently a patient a Geisinger Medical Center after having suffered severe injuries over the weekend in an automobile accident.

Don’t forget to spring your clocks forwar on Saturday, March 9. Spring is around the corner.

Sympathy goes out to the family of Helen Peck Batdorff who passed away last week.
