In loving honor and memory of my dad, Ross R. DeShong, on his 87th birthday February 10:
Dad was a good, sweet, kind, generous, loving Christian man who liked everyone he met and found good in everything. He was the glue that held us together and now that he’s gone, we’re shattered and will never be the same.
Any good that I have or am is because this amazing man showed me every day that he loved me and believed in me. I miss him and love him more than words could every say.
I’ll see you soon,
In remembrance of Tammy M. Smith True on her birthday, February 12, 1967 – October 17, 2008:
God looked around His garden
And found an empty place,
He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb.
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered, “Peace be thine.”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
We love you and miss you more than words can say.
All our love,
Brady and Ryan
