In Memory

In memory of Homer Jackson Lynch Jr., January 10, 1960 – October 23, 2010:

May the road rise up to meet you

May the winds be ever at your back

May the sunshine warm upon your face

And the rain fall softly on your fields

And until we meet again

May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.

Always missed and loved,

Dad, Mom,

Tracey, Carmine, nieces and nephews

To our little angel, Owen Thomas Barnes, stillborn January 14, 2012:

The world may never notice

If a snowdrop doesn’t bloom,

Or even pause to wonder

If the petals fall too soon.

But every life that ever forms,

Or ever comes to be,

Touches the world in some small way for all eternity.

Owen, it’s been a year since we held you

You have touched our lives more than one will ever know

As twin sister, Makenzie Sophia, celebrates her first birthday

You will be celebrating yours in heaven.

We will also be thinking of you but we know

That Jesus is rocking you

And we look forward to seeing you when we get to heaven.

In memory of John Strait’s birthday:

Why did he have to go? I just don’t know why things happen half the time without rhyme or reason. Makes no sense to me. I just have to believe my dad flew up to heaven on the wings of angels by the clouds and stars on the path that no one sees, and he walks with Jesus and his loved ones are waiting, and I know he’s smiling saying “don’t worry about me!”

His daughter, Linda, he left behind, just trying to survive, doesn’t understand the why, feeling so lost inside. Anger shot straight at God, then asking for his love, empty without disbelief. Just hoping that maybe he flew up to heaven on the wings of angels, by the clouds and stars on the path that no one sees, and he walks with Jesus and I know his smiling, saying don’t worry about me.

It’s hard to say goodbye, his picture always in my mind. They will always be the times I cherish. I know he flew up to heaven on the wings of angels.

Hope to see you soon, Dad

Sadly missed by daughter, Linda
