Wayne and Virginia Cutchall Crouse recently observed their 69th wedding anniversary. They are residents in the Shook Home in Chambersburg.

McConnellsburg Boosters Club, along with coach Toby McGarvey and assistant Josh McKelvey and Erin Chafardon, held their annual season- end party last Wednesday night for the Mc- Connellsburg girls varsity soccer team.

McConnellsburg Junior- Senior High School held its snowball dance Saturday afternoon and evening.

A first birthday party was held for Brooke Wagner in the home of her grandparents, Tony and Martina Mc- Garvey of Scotland, on Saturday, with her relatives from this area attending. Her parents are Michael and Danielle McGarvey Wagner of Seattle, Wash. Brenda Schooley Dalton of Mercersburg is also her grandmother.

The Willing Workers of St. Paul Lutheran Church recently held their Christmas dinner at Sunnyridge Restaurant.

Vincent and Lisa Hughes will celebrate their 29th wedding anniversary December 30.

Ken and Lunda Strait will celebrate their 53rd wedding anniversary on January 3.

The family of Guy and Wanda Truax held their annual Christmas dinner on Saturday at Sharon Men- nonite Bible Institute in Harri sonville.

McConnellsburg Lions Club members were busy last week delivering bags of fruit to shut-ins and senior citizens of the area.
