Grace V. Grissinger Hustontown, 80
Grace Virginia Grissinger, 80, formerly of Hustontown, and more recently a resident of the Long-Term Care Unit of Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, died Tuesday afternoon, No- vember 20, 2012, at the Medical Center.
Born July 1, 1932, in Taylor Township, Fulton County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Ruth (College) Kesselring. She was married to Warren M. Grissinger on June 20, 1956. He preceded in death on March 13, 1999.
She is survived by one son, Todd W. Grissinger of Mercersburg; two grandchildren: Tonya Marie Grissinger and Tyler John Grissinger; a sister, Shirley Yingling, McConnellsburg; and a brother, Harry Kesselring, Elmira, N.Y.
Two brothers are deceased.
She had attended Evangel Assembly of God Church, McConnellsburg.
She was a 1952 graduate of Hustontown High School.
She had worked 20 years at Howard Johnson’s restaurant on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, with 18 years as assistant manager. She had worked at Sagner’s in Mc- Connellsburg and at Huston Sportswear in Hustontown. In addition, she had worked at the Fulton County Tourist Promotion Agency and the Fulton County Library.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 25, 2012, at M. R. Brown Funeral Home, Hustontown. Pastor Richard Bernhard officiated. Interment was in Cherry Grove Cemetery, Three Springs.
