SF To Present Christmas Concert


Southern Fulton Junior High Chorus Southern Fulton Junior High Chorus The Southern Fulton High School Vocal Music Department will present its Christmas concert to the public on Sunday, December 2, at 3 p.m., in the high school auditorium. The concert will feature the performance of "He Came to Us," a Christmas cantata blending traditional and contemporary seasonal music. This performance will mark the 20th anniversary of cantatas at Southern Fulton, which are presented every two years.

The cantata will be performed by a 179- member choir combining 101 students in senior high chorus and junior high chorus and 78 adult community chorus members under the direction of Dan Meredith. Soloists for the performance will be Michaela Harrison, Logan Faith, Sarah Wright, Noah Smartt, Noah Hykes, Isaac Hartman, Morgan Strait and Melanie Deneen. Justin Fogal, Danielle Lane, Kristin Rohm, Vanessa Walters, Kayla Wertz and Sean Bright will be narrators. Mrs. Kay Meredith will accompany the performance at the keyboard.


Southern Fulton Senior High Chorus Southern Fulton Senior High Chorus Admission to the concert will be $4 for adults and $3 for students. Proceeds benefit the choral activity fund. The public is invited to attend.
