Nina J. Roher Orbisonia, 71
Nina J. Roher, 71, Orbisonia, died at 3:25 a.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at her home following an extended illness.
Born April 9, 1941, in Springfield Township, Huntingdon County, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Elizabeth (Snyder) Shore. She was married to Billy Roher on June 18, 1966, at Walnut Grove Church of God, Three Springs. He survives at their home.
Also surviving are two children: Angela D. Madden and her husband, Travis, Three Springs, and Stan M. Roher and his wife, Julie, Three Springs; three grandchildren: Heather Ruggiero, Caleb Roher and Ben Roher; one great-grandson, Landon Ruggiero, and two siblings: Richard Shore and Joan Holtry, both of Orbisonia.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Ira Shore Jr. and Floyd Shore.
She attended Springs of Living Waters Church, Huntingdon.
She graduated from Saltillo High School in the Class of 1959. During her life she was a homemaker.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 10, at Martin R. Brown Funeral home, Orbisonia. Rev. Georgetta “Cookie” Hartley and Rev. Katie Boonie officiated. Interment was made at the Old Methodist Cemetery, Three Springs.
