Judge Walsh Holds Court Session
Judge Richard J. Walsh of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held on Tuesday, November 13, at the Fulton
Danny Lee Buterbaugh Jr. was ordered to complete between six days and six months in the Franklin County Prison through the weekender program for driving under the influence. Buterbaugh was slated to begin his sentence on November 16.
John Allen Garner was sentenced to between 30 days and six months in the Franklin County Prison’s weekender program for driving under the influence. He will begin his sentence on December 7.
Mandy Jessica Mitchell will complete between 72 hours and six months in the Franklin County Prison’s weekender program for charges related to driving under the influence. Her sentence was scheduled to begin on November 16.
Robert Stanley Painter appeared in court last Tuesday to be sentenced for two cases dating back to 2011 and 2012. Initial charges filed against Painter included theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, perjury and false swearing. A written court order was issued.
Painter also appeared in court on a motion to withdraw his guilty plea in three additional cases. The cases involve charges that were filed in 2009, 2011 and 2012.
Emily Renae Morris waived her right to mandatory arraignment on charges of endangering the welfare of children. Morris was entered into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program and will accordingly complete 12 months probation.
Roy Juide Clift failed to appear for a probation/ parole-violation hearing. A bench warrant was issued for Clift’s arrest.
Jerry Wayne Wilt Jr. was granted a continuance for a contempt hearing involving charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy to commit burglary.
