In Memory

Happy Birthday Dragonfly I dedicate this poem to a very special girl One of the sweetest in all the world We miss you very much And wish you were still here You’ll be opening your presents in heaven this year So here’s our gift we’re sending to you Wrapped in green and purple and some indigo too I hope where you are all your wishes come true. So happy birthday to our dragonfly She isn’t gone, please don’t cry She’s above us forever like a star in the sky Come this November, she’ll be 18 In loving memory of our dear Destiny. In memory of Deborah Lynne Smith, September 17, 1963 – November 14, 2008:

God saw her getting tired, a cure was not to be. He wrapped her in His loving arms and whispered “Come with Me.” She suffered much in silence, her spirit did not bend. She faced her pain with courage, until the very end. She tried so hard to stay with us, but her fight was not in vain. God took her to His loving home and freed her from the pain. We have missed you every day for the past four years and will continue to miss you until we meet again. Loving mother, sons, family and friends God saw her getting tired, a cure was not to be. Loving mother, sons, family and friends
