I have read with pride the articles you have written about Fulton County veterans who served during World War II. As time passes some people forget the sacrifices made by these heroic men and women. They sacrificed and many gave their lives so we can enjoy the freedoms we have today. We all should be grateful for this generation and continue to honor their memories. We need to ensure our children and grandchildren never forget, for I fear they are not learning the history of World War II in school.

I have enclosed a picture of my father, John A. Henry, and his brothers who proudly served in the armed services. They were from Fort Littleton. Thank you for honoring these veterans.

Sincerely

Terry W. Henry
