Frantz Plumbing will receive an additional $1,532.71. A third change order was authorized for East Coast Contracting in the additional amount of $2,696.61.

An agreement was penned with Mifflin County to house prisoner Jason Patrick Phelan at its facility beginning immediately through the end of sentence in 2013.

A purchase of service agreement was approved with VisionQuest National, Ltd.

Business manager Tim Stanton reviewed the current status of the budget, which is showing a projected annual deficit of approximately $63,000. At the start of the year it was expected the county’s deficit would total almost $290,000.
