Court Session Held Sept. 25
Judge Richard J. Walsh of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton/Franklin County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held on Tuesday, September 25, at the Fulton County Courthouse.
Mandy Jessica Mitchell waived formal arraignment on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, the use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and two summary offenses. Mitchell pleaded guilty to two offenses including the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She will be sentenced on November 13.
Tonya Lee Schetrompf waived arraignment proceedings held on one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Schetrompf was entered into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program and will accordingly complete 12 months probation.
Joshua Rupert Baker appeared in bench warrant court on two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
Jason Patrick Phelan also appeared for bench warrant court on two counts of forgery; one count each of false reports, false identification; and five summary offenses. Phelan pleaded guilty to driving under suspension (DUI related) and false reports. He was ordered to 80 days incarceration.
