Celebrate 25th Wedding Anniversary

Gary and Sandra Crouse of Needmore celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on January 29, 2012, by renewing their marriage vows during the morning worship service at Hancock Assembly of God Church. Nearly 300 friends and family members witnessed the event. Pastor Donald Preston officiated. A potluck reception followed the ceremony in the church social hall.

Gary and Sandra were married on January 31, 1987, at McConnellsburg United Presbyterian Church by Rev. Delmas Bard and Rev. M. E. Brandt. They have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Megan Sandra and Macy Lynn Crouse.

Gary is the son of Troy and Helen Crouse of Big Cove Tannery. He is a tree trimmer for R.L.Crouse Tree Service, bus driver for D&K Transport, and he also operates a lumber mill.

Sandra is the daughter of Merill and Kathryn Gordon of Needmore. She is the school nurse for Southern Fulton School District.

Megan and Macy Crouse served as bridesmaids for their parents during the renewal ceremony. Niece and nephew of the couple, Abigail and Mason Fischer, were flowergirl and ringbearer. Photographer was Toby Puffenberger and videographer was Shannon Bowman.

Jeremy Morris was emcee and Jamie Morris created a DVD highlighting Gary and Sandra’s 25 years of marriage. The church and social hall were decorated by Mary Avella and April Younker. Nancy Castle provided the beautiful purple and white wedding cake.
